Three people sent you business last quarter. You thanked them by text and never spoke about it again.

What it is costing you

The problem is not that it is hard.

It is that nobody has the hours, and the cost of skipping it never shows up as a line on any invoice.

Referrals happen and nobody is credited

Word of mouth is already producing sales you cannot attribute. Without a link and a ledger, the person who sent them has no reason to do it a second time.

Paying partners by hand does not survive success

Two affiliates is a spreadsheet. Twenty is a monthly argument about which sale belonged to whom, settled from memory by whoever is least likely to complain.

Affiliate software is another platform between you and your buyer

A separate tool means a separate checkout, a separate customer list and a separate bill — bolted onto the sale, rather than being part of it.

How it works

Set up once. It runs from then on.

  1. 1

    Launch

    Create the program

Set the commission and the default attribution, then run campaign-specific links so a launch, an evergreen offer and a partner tier can each be tracked separately.

  2. 2

    Recruit

    Give partners somewhere to stand

An affiliate portal with their links, their referrals, their earnings and a leaderboard — so the people driving your revenue can see themselves doing it.

  3. 3

    Track

    Keep an honest ledger

Referral, commission and payout ledgers, with multi-level downlines when a partner recruits partners. Every commission traces to the order it came from on your own checkout.

  4. 4

    Pay

    Settle without a spreadsheet

An admin payout queue with Stripe Connect onboarding, or manual payout state when you settle another way. What is owed, what is paid and what is pending stop being three different opinions.

What you get

Every piece of this is already live.

These are not roadmap items. Each one is running in production today, described here in the same words the full product catalog uses.

Affiliate programs

Let partners bring the customers and see what they earned.

Run first-party affiliate campaigns with tracked links, referrals, commissions, multi-level downlines, leaderboards, payout methods, and Stripe Connect onboarding.

  • Campaign-specific links and default attribution
  • Referral, commission, and payout ledgers
  • Affiliate portal and leaderboard
  • Admin payout queue with Stripe Connect or manual payout state

Checkout, order bumps & upsells

Raise the order value without sending buyers through another tool.

Sell through embedded order forms with optional bumps and one-click post-purchase upsells, all charged through the workspace's connected Stripe account.

  • One-time and recurring products
  • Order bump on the checkout step
  • One-click upsell and downsell flows
  • Orders, payment state, refunds, and customer identity retained

Recurring subscriptions you sell

Sell your own memberships and let access manage itself.

Sell recurring products through your funnels on your own Stripe account. A paid subscription grants the buyer's access automatically, a lapsed one revokes it, and subscribers manage their own card and cancellation through a Stripe billing portal.

  • Charged on the workspace's own Stripe account — including Connect sales — never pooled through the platform
  • Membership access is granted on payment and revoked when the subscription ends, with no manual list-keeping
  • Buyers update their card or cancel through Stripe's billing portal, so card details never touch Chirply
  • A sensible default portal configuration is created for Stripe accounts that never set one up

Stripe customer & revenue sync

See what a contact paid without opening Stripe.

Connect one or more Stripe accounts and sync customers, payments, refunds, subscriptions, and failed charges into Chirply's customer and revenue views.

  • Real-time webhook sync plus manual backfill
  • Payer matching by contact identity
  • Provider retries deduped before they reach the timeline
  • Revenue separated from unrelated activity on a shared platform account

Link Wizard

Turn every shared URL into a measurable, controllable asset.

Create branded links with schedules, expiry, click caps, destination rules, pixels, recipient tracking, and custom social-preview cards.

  • Custom link domains and branded slugs
  • Device, country, date, and maximum-click routing
  • Per-link analytics and known-recipient history
  • Optional tracking script and advertising pixels

Revenue & conversion dashboards

Connect activity to the money it produced.

Monitor collected revenue, subscription run rate, pipeline value, source performance, funnel conversion, campaigns, links, and orders from their operational dashboards.

  • Gross, cost, refund, and collected-revenue treatment
  • MRR and ARR kept separate from cash collected
  • Pipeline, source, funnel, link, and campaign reporting
  • Workspace-local date boundaries

This is the part of Chirply that solves affiliate program. See the other 14 areas — CRM, scheduling, messaging, automations, funnels, commerce, reputation and the rest — all included in the same workspace.

The offer

Try it on your own business for 30 days.

You do not have to migrate anything to find out whether this works. Start the trial, set up the one thing you came here for, and judge it on that.

  • $0 charged today. A card holds the workspace; nothing moves until day 30.
  • Unlimited usage. Calls, texts, emails and contacts are uncapped on every plan.
  • Your providers, your rates. Bring your own Twilio, Mailgun and AI keys and pay them directly — we do not mark usage up.
  • No contract. Cancel before day 30 and you are never billed.

Your trial runs on Scale, the top plan, so nothing is locked while you evaluate. If affiliate program is all you need afterwards, Scale at $97/mo carries it — switch down before the trial ends and keep the lower price.

Your order

Start free for 30 days.

$0 today. A card keeps the workspace running after the trial, and Scale renews at $97/month unless you change plans or cancel first.

Before you start

The questions everyone asks.

Which plan runs affiliate programs?

Scale, at $97 a month — the plan your free trial already runs on. Checkout, recurring products and the tracked-link infrastructure the program uses are all included there too.

Does the platform take a cut of the commissions?

No. Sales run through your own connected Stripe account and payouts settle through your own Stripe Connect setup or your own manual process. Chirply takes nothing from the order or from what you pay your partners.

Can affiliates recruit affiliates?

Yes — the program supports multi-level downlines, so a partner who brings in other partners can be credited on that activity, with the ledger showing where every commission originated.

What do partners actually see?

An affiliate portal with their own campaign links, their referrals, their commission ledger and a leaderboard. You see the same data from the admin side, plus the payout queue.

Does this only work for digital products?

No. Anything sold through the workspace checkout can carry a commission — a course, a subscription, a physical product from a storefront, or a service. Attribution follows the tracked link into the order.
