White-label CRM for the way your agency works.

Put your name on the workspace your clients use to answer leads, book jobs and get paid. Chirply brings their CRM, phone system, messages and automations together. You choose the brand, the client plans and the relationship.

White-Label Partner is $497/month and includes Scale. Partner tiers are paid from day one. Connected providers bill their usage separately.

Your service, delivered through one client workspace.

Choose what you sell and show clients the part of the platform that supports it.

Your agency controls

  • Your app name, logo, colors and custom domain.
  • The client workspaces you create and the plans you assign.
  • Your own prices and customer payments on your connected Stripe account.
  • The workflows, content and setup you deliver to each client.

Client workspaces keep contacts and teams separate. Decide how provider accounts will be managed before onboarding each client. A client’s plan cannot grant more than your own subscription includes.

Your client can work the lead

You set expectations with your customers and help them adopt the service you sold. Chirply’s support team helps with the underlying platform.

Sell a working follow-up system.

A logo gets the workspace recognized. The workflow gives a client a reason to open it again. Start with one useful journey: a lead comes in, the right person gets a task, a booking link goes out, and the result stays on the contact’s timeline.

Build and test the sequence before turning it on. Reuse a proven account setup through snapshots, then check each client’s provider connections, permissions and content.

Offer an AI receptionist with a human handoff.

Give a client’s phone agent the business information it needs, define the questions it should ask and decide when a person should take over. Review the call transcript and captured contact details from the same workspace used for follow-up.

White-Label Partner includes the Scale platform level. Numbers, voice/model usage and connected services still have their own requirements and charges. Test booking, transfers and failure handling with the client’s actual setup before promising a service.

Choose your partner plan.

Sell client access with Reseller, or add your own app identity and domain with White-Label. You set your client prices and bill through your connected Stripe account.

Reseller PartnerIncludes Scale, in full
$297/mo

Sell Chirply to your clients and keep the margin.

  • Issue client sub-accounts on any plan level
  • Set your own price — you keep the spread
  • Spin up and manage client workspaces in a click
  • Wholesale rates on every account you open
White-Label PartnerIncludes Scale + Reseller, in full

Ship the whole platform as your own product.

  • Your logo, name and colors across the entire app
  • Your own domain — clients never see Chirply
  • Branded auth emails and client dashboards
  • Agency rebilling and markup controls

Both include the full Scale plan, so a partner tier is your whole subscription rather than a charge on top of one. Neither runs on a free trial: you start on a core plan, and moving to a partner tier replaces it. Compare everything

What to include in your delivery cost

Budget for your Chirply partner subscription, connected-provider usage, any separately purchased apps, and your own onboarding and support work. Your client-workspace allowance is shown on your Clients screen. Your customers pay your business under the plans you create; Chirply does not charge them a separate subscription.

You can evaluate the retail product with the 30-day Scale trial. A partner purchase is separate from that trial: it is paid immediately and replaces the core subscription. Review all current terms and start options.

Launch one client carefully, then repeat.

A working first account gives you a setup checklist you can use again.

  1. Evaluate the workflow you plan to sell.

Use sample contacts to check CRM, phone, booking and follow-up. Compare the migration work before moving a client.

  2. Choose the partner tier and configure your brand.

Use Reseller for selling client access, or White-Label when the app needs your identity and domain.

  3. Create the client workspace and connect its services.

Assign the client plan, add the team and connect the necessary phone, email and payment accounts. Review the phone setup.

  4. Run a complete test before enabling live follow-up.

Submit a test lead, check its routing, review message content and confirm the booking or payment result. Then teach the client the daily workflow.

Before you choose a partner plan

Is the Scale plan extra on top of White-Label, or is it included?

Included. The White-Label Partner subscription is the whole of what you pay Chirply — it carries a full Scale-level workspace with it, so there is no separate Scale charge and nothing to buy twice. One subscription, not two. (The one exception is the one-time lifetime white-label sold on some campaign signups: that one is a single payment added to a discounted Scale subscription you keep paying separately. Your Billing screen shows which of the two you hold.)

What is the difference between Reseller Partner and White-Label Partner?

White-Label Partner is the superset. It grants everything Reseller Partner does — client workspaces, wholesale pricing, selling your own plans — and adds your own brand, colours and logo, your own domains, and a branded installable app. Nobody needs both: White-Label already contains the Reseller side of it, and Chirply will not sell you the cheaper tier once you hold the higher one.

Do my clients have to buy their own Chirply plan?

No. Client workspaces you open run under your partner subscription — your clients buy nothing from Chirply and Chirply never bills them. What each client pays is entirely yours to set: name your own plans, price them, choose what each unlocks, and collect on your own Stripe. Your margin is the difference between that and what you pay us.

How many client workspaces do I get?

Your allowance is shown on your own Clients screen, next to how many you have used. It is sized for an agency's whole book of business rather than a handful of accounts, and if you outgrow it, ask Support and it is raised — it is a number on your workspace, not a wall.

What can a client workspace actually do?

A client workspace is a complete workspace — its own contacts, numbers, campaigns, provider connections and team, isolated from every other one. By default it runs at the level your own partner subscription grants. If you would rather sell tiers, pin each client to one of your own plans and cap what it unlocks; you can never grant a client more than you hold yourself.

Can I trial the Reseller or White-Label tier?

No — the partner tiers are bought outright rather than trialled. The trial runs on the retail ladder; a partner tier is paid from day one, and accepting one ends the trial and replaces it.

What happens if I cancel the partner subscription?

The partner entitlement is withdrawn when the subscription ends: the branding, the custom domains and access to client workspaces stop. Nothing is deleted for you. If you have live client workspaces, raise it in Support before cancelling so the wind-down is planned rather than abrupt.
