• Course creators with a cohort
  • Coaches running a paid group
  • Masterminds & membership sites
  • Trade associations & professional bodies
  • Anyone paying per member, per month

Your community is on a platform. Your members are on somebody else's list.

Spaces, posts, moderation, points, levels and leaderboards — gated by what each member actually bought, on top of the CRM that holds their payment history, their course progress and every text you have ever sent them. One membership, one login, one record.

You built the room. You do not own the door, the mailing list, or the ability to call anyone in it.

What it is costing you

The problem is not that it is hard.

It is that nobody has the hours, and the cost of skipping it never shows up as a line on any invoice.

The platform owns the relationship you paid to build

Your members' contact details, their billing, and their reason for joining sit inside a product you do not control, priced per member and changeable at their convenience, not yours.

A quiet member is a cancelled member you cannot see coming

Nobody announces they are leaving a community. They stop posting, then stop reading, then stop paying — and the only system that saw the first two steps has no way to send the message that would have fixed it.

Access levels become a spreadsheet

Founding members, the paid tier, the free tier, the alumni. Every gate is enforced by someone remembering, until the wrong person sees the wrong thing and you find out in public.

How it works

Set up once. It runs from then on.

  1. 1

    Open

    Create the spaces

Open spaces for everyone, level-gated spaces that unlock as members participate, product-gated spaces only buyers of a specific thing can see, and staff-only spaces for your team.

  2. 2

    Gate

Let the purchase decide the door

Access is granted by the named access products a contact holds, so the subscription they bought is what opens the space. Grant, revoke, suspend or expire it from the same contact record that holds their payments.

  3. 3

    Run

    Moderate without drama

Pin the posts that matter, and hide a post or comment reversibly rather than destroying it — moderation you can undo when you were wrong.

  4. 4

    Reward

    Make participation worth something

Points, configurable levels and 7-day, 30-day and all-time leaderboards. A level-up can unlock content and fire an automation, so earning your way in is a real mechanic and not a badge.

What you get

Every piece of this is already live.

These are not roadmap items. Each one is running in production today, described here in the same words the full product catalog uses.

Customer communities

Keep the conversation, learning, and customer identity together.

Turn a member site into a moderated community with spaces, posts, comments, access gates, points, levels, and leaderboards.

  • Open, level-gated, product-gated, and staff-only spaces
  • Pinned posts plus reversible post and comment moderation
  • Points, configurable levels, and 7-day, 30-day, or all-time leaderboards
  • Level-ups can unlock content and trigger automations

Member sites & access products

Sell protected content and control who can open each page.

Turn a site into a member experience with passwordless login, named access products, page-level gates, invitations, and manual or automated entitlement changes.

  • Secure email login links
  • Page access by one or more products
  • Invite, grant, revoke, suspend, and sign out members
  • Member history tied back to the CRM contact

Courses, quizzes & certificates

Deliver a real learning product and see who finishes it.

Build courses from ordered modules and rich lessons, enroll contacts, track progress, test comprehension, and issue publicly verifiable completion certificates.

  • Video, rich content, downloads, duration, drafts, and ordered modules
  • Drip schedules and community-level gates
  • AI-generated multiple-choice quiz drafts with passing requirements
  • Enrollment, lesson progress, completion automations, and certificate lookup

Recurring subscriptions you sell

Sell your own memberships and let access manage itself.

Sell recurring products through your funnels on your own Stripe account. A paid subscription grants the buyer's access automatically, a lapsed one revokes it, and subscribers manage their own card and cancellation through a Stripe billing portal.

  • Charged on the workspace's own Stripe account — including Connect sales — never pooled through the platform
  • Membership access is granted on payment and revoked when the subscription ends, with no manual list-keeping
  • Buyers update their card or cancel through Stripe's billing portal, so card details never touch Chirply
  • A sensible default portal configuration is created for Stripe accounts that never set one up

Checkout, order bumps & upsells

Raise the order value without sending buyers through another tool.

Sell through embedded order forms with optional bumps and one-click post-purchase upsells, all charged through the workspace's connected Stripe account.

  • One-time and recurring products
  • Order bump on the checkout step
  • One-click upsell and downsell flows
  • Orders, payment state, refunds, and customer identity retained

Broadcast campaigns

Reach a whole segment on any channel, from one screen.

One-off blasts by email, SMS, ringless voicemail, outbound IVR or AI call — one composer, one audience builder, real analytics. Multi-step follow-ups are automations.

  • Any channel from one composer — email, SMS, voicemail drop, IVR or AI call
  • Send windows, days of week, timezone, and throttle-per-minute
  • Email goes out through your sender pool, so warmup caps are respected and a send bigger than today's capacity parks the remainder for tomorrow instead of failing it
  • Every send appears in the background jobs monitor, where you can pause, stop, reschedule or slow it down while it is still running

This is the part of Chirply that solves paid communities. See the other 14 areas — CRM, scheduling, messaging, automations, funnels, commerce, reputation and the rest — all included in the same workspace.

The offer

Try it on your own business for 30 days.

You do not have to migrate anything to find out whether this works. Start the trial, set up the one thing you came here for, and judge it on that.

  • $0 charged today. A card holds the workspace; nothing moves until day 30.
  • Unlimited usage. Calls, texts, emails and contacts are uncapped on every plan.
  • Your providers, your rates. Bring your own Twilio, Mailgun and AI keys and pay them directly — we do not mark usage up.
  • No contract. Cancel before day 30 and you are never billed.

Your trial runs on Scale, the top plan, so nothing is locked while you evaluate. If paid communities is all you need afterwards, Scale at $97/mo carries it — switch down before the trial ends and keep the lower price.

Your order

Start free for 30 days.

$0 today. A card keeps the workspace running after the trial, and Scale renews at $97/month unless you change plans or cancel first.

Before you start

The questions everyone asks.

Which plan carries communities?

Scale, at $97 a month — the same plan your 30-day trial already runs on. Member sites, access products and recurring billing start lower on Grow, but the community spaces themselves are a Scale capability, so the honest answer is Scale.

Is it per member?

No. The plan price is the plan price whether the community has 40 members or 4,000, and subscriptions are billed through your own connected Stripe account with no platform cut on what they pay you.

How is access actually enforced?

By the access products a contact holds, checked on every page and space. That means the thing they bought is the thing that opens the door — no manual list, no separate invite system, and revoking a subscription revokes the room.

Can I text the community, not just post to it?

Yes, and that is the point. Every member is a CRM contact, so 'people who have not posted in 30 days' is a segment you can reach by SMS, email or a voicemail drop from your own number — and their replies land in the same inbox as everything else.

Can members earn their way into a space?

Yes. Levels are configured by you and driven by points; a level-gated space opens automatically when a member reaches it, and the level-up itself can trigger a workflow — a congratulations text, an upsell, or an invitation to a call.
