4 differences to evaluate
1. Make the booking part of the customer record
A Chirply booking is a CRM event connected to the person's contact details, pipeline stage and conversation history. Your team can start follow-up from that shared context. Check the calendar-sync and meeting-link integrations you require during setup.
2. The appointment is a trigger, not a notification
Booked, rescheduled, cancelled and no-show are each workflow triggers, so a no-show can start a call task, a re-book text and a pipeline move without anyone remembering to do it.
3. Reminders ride your own providers
Confirmation and reminder messages go out over the workspace's own Twilio and Mailgun accounts, billed by those providers at their own rates, rather than being metered by the scheduling vendor.
4. Agencies book on behalf of other people
Every client gets a workspace with its own event types, hosts, schedules and booking pages, on the agency's own domain if it white-labels, instead of the agency buying a scheduling seat per client.

Check the commercial terms
Everyone starts with the full platform free for 14 days on Scale. Scale is the only plan with a free trial. A card is required, and you pay nothing today. After your trial, stay on Scale at $97/month or downgrade to any other retail plan. Choose a lower plan in Billing before the trial ends to start there when billing begins, or cancel before then and pay nothing. Connected-provider usage is separate.
Reseller Partner is $297 a month and White-Label Partner is $497 a month. Each one is a complete subscription that includes a Scale-level account, so it replaces a retail plan rather than sitting on top of one. Lower founding rates exist, but only inside a timed window offered shortly after signup — the price on your own Billing screen is the one that applies to you.
Chirply vs Calendly FAQ
Is Chirply a Calendly alternative?
Yes for booking that feeds a sales process, with one-on-one, group, collective and round-robin events, availability schedules, buffers and reminders. If your team leans on automatically generated Zoom or Teams links and Calendly's routing forms, that is still Calendly's ground.
Can I charge for an appointment?
Yes. A paid event type creates the appointment in a pending state and sends the invitee to a checkout on your own connected Stripe account. It is only confirmed after the session is verified on the server, so a browser claiming it paid is never enough.
What happens to a booking after it is made?
It becomes an appointment on the contact's timeline. Booked, rescheduled, cancelled and no-show can each start automations, and the same contact can be called, texted, emailed and invoiced from the same record.
