4 differences to evaluate

1. Software platform versus fulfillment marketplace

DashClicks' center of gravity is its services marketplace: agencies resell work that DashClicks' team performs. Chirply's center of gravity is the platform itself, deep enough that your team delivers results directly with dialers, AI phone agents, funnels, automations, and reusable snapshots.

2. The communication stack

Chirply treats calls as seriously as messages: browser calling, a power dialer, AI receptionists that answer and route, an IVR builder, ringless voicemail, and call tracking with dynamic number insertion. DashClicks centralizes chat, SMS, and email in its Inbox app but does not ship a phone system.

3. What lives inside a client workspace

Both platforms give every client a white-label sub-account. Chirply's also carries scheduling, invoicing, courses and communities, reputation, and per-client phone numbers with recording and tracking, so the workspace is the client's whole business, not just their campaigns and reports.

4. Usage costs and ecosystem

Chirply tenants connect their own Twilio and Mailgun accounts, so every call, text, and email bills at provider cost with no markup. DashClicks has served agencies for longer and its fulfillment network is something Chirply does not offer; Chirply is younger, with a smaller integration marketplace, and builds in public to close that gap.

Run a small pilot

Check the commercial terms

Everyone starts with the full platform free for 14 days on Scale. Scale is the only plan with a free trial. A card is required, and you pay nothing today. After your trial, stay on Scale at $97/month or downgrade to any other retail plan. Choose a lower plan in Billing before the trial ends to start there when billing begins, or cancel before then and pay nothing. Connected-provider usage is separate.

Reseller Partner is $297 a month and White-Label Partner is $497 a month. Each one is a complete subscription that includes a Scale-level account, so it replaces a retail plan rather than sitting on top of one. Lower founding rates exist, but only inside a timed window offered shortly after signup — the price on your own Billing screen is the one that applies to you.

Frequently asked

Chirply vs DashClicks FAQ

Is Chirply a DashClicks alternative?

Yes. Choose Chirply for agency software that connects calling, automation, funnels and client operations. Chirply supplies the software; outsourced service fulfillment remains a separate staffing or supplier decision.

Can my agency white-label Chirply the way DashClicks allows?

Yes. You run Chirply on your own domain with your own branding, give every client a sub-account, and sell your own plans billed through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect.

Who does the client work in Chirply?

Your team does, with leverage: workflows and automations, AI phone agents answering calls, a power dialer for outbound, and snapshots that copy a proven setup to every new client in minutes. Chirply does not sell fulfillment services.
